Paul Torres Silvers

Paul Torres Silvers, grew up in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Paul scribbles, draws and paints since a young age and currently is what he spends most of his time on. His work is inspired in his daily life experiences, what he  contemplates, listens to or dreams. It has been influenced by works by various artists from other branches of art, but above all by the culture that surrounds him.

In his paintings and illustrations, he mainly uses pastel tones that create a vibrant effect. He likes to depict scenes and characters with a dreamlike sense. Paul also  works by working with the ironies and chaos of life. Paul invites the viewer to observe his way of perceiving the world through his art.
